Where am I located?
My office is located at:
East Sacramento/midtown 95816

Telehealth sessions are conducted via the Simple Practice telehealth platform.

Who do I work with?
I work with adult individuals and couples.
​
I don't work with children, adolescents, or families.

What is my fee?
Individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes and the fee is 200/session.
​
Couples therapy sessions are 55 minutes and the fee is 220/session.
​
All major credit cards accepted / HSA cards accepted.

Cancellation policy:
Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hour notice to avoid being fully charged for their appointment.

When do I see clients?
I see clients in-person and via telehealth Tuesday through Thursday.

I offer sessions in the morning through late afternoon.

Do I accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance, however am happy to provide a superbill upon request. You may want to inquire first with your insurance if they will cover a portion of your services.

How do you schedule a therapy session with me?
Please submit a message (see below) including what you're seeking support with and if you're looking for in-person or virtual sessions.
We will discuss my specific availability at that time and what options I have to offer you.
